Keep an eye on our social media accounts in the weeks leading up to Family Appreciation Day for Committee bios to learn more about these amazing students:
Students are invited to apply each year to interview to be selected as a member of the Family Weekend Committee. Based on student interests, members are assigned to subcommittees, such as Promotions, Entertainment, Panels, Community, and more.
Committee participation is a learning and growth opportunity for members; outcomes include valuing other-centered program planning, developing program planning skills, and getting to know their institution and community better.
