The answer is  L.A.F., the Lafayette Activities Forum! L.A.F. is a student-run organization, made up of sixteen members across three class years, that operates with the help of the Campus Life and Student Involvement Office. With a strong vision and mission to provide the Lafayette community with engaging, diverse, and alcohol-free events, the activities forum meets weekly to orchestrate a jam-packed calendar for each semester.

In the past few weeks alone, L.A.F. sponsored A Night with Junot Díaz, a critically acclaimed, award-winning author; Spiderman – movie on the Quad; An Evening with Aasif Mandvi, Daily Show correspondent; Halloween Hunt at Dorney Park; the beloved quad tradition of Fall Fest with food, games, pumpkin painting, inflatables, and more; the first Beat Show; and numerous surprise events throughout Lafayette–Lehigh Rivalry Week!

Are you interested in staying in touch with L.A.F.? You can follow along, suggest events for your student to attend, and vicariously live through your student via Facebook (@LafayetteActivitiesForum), Instagram (@laf_activties) and Snapchat (@laf_activities)!

All students are welcome to attend all events. Applications to be on the L.A.F. Board will become available to students in the spring semester around spring break.
