The Dyer Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship promotes and encourages students who are looking to solve problems in creative ways.
Whether it is developing the latest app, building a product from the ground up, or learning to think in new innovative ways, students can begin their entrepreneurial journey with the help of Dyer Center programming.
This fall, the Dyer Center will hold many workshops and host speakers on campus who are major contributors to their industries. For instance, we will be organizing a real estate competition where students are given a case study related to the campus. Student teams develop solutions judged by real estate influencers from City Center Investment Corporation, Crow Holdings and Dune Real Estate Partners.
The Center will also hold Innovation Week Link: https://calendar.lafayette.edu/node/35185
on November 5th. This week the Center will welcome entrepreneurs to campus to discuss the new developments in technology and how they have contributed to contemporary changes.
Our mission is to get students excited about the importance of being contributors in the world by taking on big issues. Regardless of major, the Dyer Center hopes to tap into the potential we know so many of these students have if they have the desire to dream big.
